I need a lot of tips from experienced people...
what not to do and what will impress.
What materials is recommended..
(I'm not really good with water colours but I can manage)
I'm doing on flowers, esp lotus and lilies.

I would reccomend buying Prismacolor colored pencils (Prismacolor Verithin and Scholar sets are great!) and some Prismacolor markers. They can be kind of pricey, so I reccomend Dick Blick (the link is in my sources). Otherwise, it's fun to just play around with a current style and make a develop new fabrics and prints for it. Then it will be your original design. Good luck!

Reply:copic markers are great for the colourings. strong lines to present the whole image of the figures. weak lines doesn't shows confidence and professional.
