its a carnivorous plant, i think naturaly exists in austrailia, has a part under the water that traps small gupys and such, floats sorta and naturaly exists in a similar fashion to a lily pad but looks different. its been a long time scince i had seen one and now i want to purchase one, how and wear please?

Are you thinking of Utricularia or Aldrovanda? Both have underwater traps, but don't have a lily pad shape form. They often grow in the same habitat as water lilies, though. You can order some here:
