She sounds like my Sheltie, she may not like smelling her own poop, and wants it as far away from her favorite spots as she can get.

It's probably a better idea to start fully housebreaking her, as in having her warn you she needs to go outside. It's a bad idea to allow any dog permission to mess inside of your house, as it gives them the idea it's perfectly okay to start adding to their pee spots your carpet, your sofa, your bed, your closet, etc.

Start getting used to taking her outside within 20 minutes after she eats or drinks, and praise her for doing her business outside. Make it a regular gig, and she will start to warn you ahead of time she needs to go. Plus, regular walks are always nice.
Reply:No, don't give free access to water.

Next, training the dog to go in the house (doesn't matter it's on paper) is training a dog to go in the house. The dog needs to be kennel trained. Look it up and stick to the rules. Using paper training is lazy and trust me, it teaches the dog to pee in the house.
Reply:Maybe it is your cooking?

Enn is right. You know she has to poop after she eats so be ready. Follow her around the house and when she starts circling grab her and take her out. Or put her in a small area where she doesn't want to poop in "her" space" and watch her for signs like whining.

BTW, if you put her on a leash and train her to go to a certain area you won't have to deal with bombs all over the yard when she gets older.

Good puppy!
