How do you make hair grow longer faster?

My hair got cut really short and i need some tips on making it grow faster without extensions. I've tried a lot of things. If you can give me a list of shampoos that help hair growth that would be great. I already have a list of shampoos that i should probably use that people have reccomended including: Mane 'n' Tail, Suave- Aloe and Water Lily, One Source, Bed Head, Long and Strong, Sulfer 8, Pantene, Pink Oil Moisturizer, Nexus, Horse Shampoo, and Super Grow. Please tell me if any of these shampoos will damage my hair or something. Tips for hair growth are helpful too. Thanks a million.

They say nothing will make your hair grow faster, not even trimming it. The best thing to do is keep it as healthy as possible so that you dont have to trim it as often. To do that don't over wash your hair make sure its conditioned and hydrated, eat healthy foods, drink LOTS of water, get plenty of sleep. Lots of vitamin E among others too!
Reply:Mane n' Tail shampoo and conditioner!
Reply:prenatal vitamins are good for your hair and skin. you can put products in your hair all day but if its already damaged or your health is bad, fancy shampoo isnt going to help.

but the products mentioned are pretty good. I personallylike tressime and pantene's "relaxed and natural" line (in the brown bottles).

the only option is to keep it trimmed and change your diet: eat more fish and legumes.
Reply:try hair formula 37 its shampoo and vitamins that make ur hair grow soooo fast but its kinda expensive tho ( =

Reply:You can try hair vitamins like biotin and overall growth promotion vitamins like b-50. You can find it at most supermarkets. Also, you can massage your scalp with a comb, because that stimulates it. I don't know about any of your shampoos, but just take care of your hair and it should grow back faster. But remember that all hair grows at different rates.
Reply:When you are about to go to sleep braid your hair in a tight braid and i am sure it might help you with yours like it did mine:]
Reply:Okay... First all of these fansy shampoo's you buy are garbage! Most of the shampoo's the salons buy are from wholesalers *me and my husband own our own wholesales company*. About 90% of all hair products in salons are made for under $2.00 overseas *shampoo %26amp; conditioners*, and sold for $20 - $50. Fancy names and promises are the only reason any of these things sell! Also most of the hair stylists don't even know anything about the products they sell. They are told what to say from the wholesaler, so they can make a buck! You rarely or never see a hair salon using the products they sell on the shelf. There is no difference between going to walmart and going to a salon for shampoo and conditioner! ----------- Just trim your hair a half inch every month or two. That seems to work for most people. You also have to purchase a good brush! Don't use plastic, or metal bristles. They cause alot of damage! - Don't use a hair dryer or curling irons. They cause split ends! If you dye your hair use henna. The harsh chemicals from other dyes kill your hair. Just keep your healthy, and it will grow!

Reply:I USE A PILL IT IS A LITTLE BOTTLE IT MAKES UR NAILS AND BODY AND HAIR GROW. JUST GO TO UR DOCTOR AND ASK IF THAT KIND OF PILL IS OK FOR U TO USE
Reply:Mane n' Tail definitely works. Rinse and repeat with the shampoo and when you use the conditioner leave it in your head for 2-3 minutes.
Reply:There are several factors that go into hair growth, none of which have to do with shampoos. The only pills I know of is the birth control pill, because hormones have a lot to do with hair growth. Regular trims every six weeks promotes good growth, and while this seems incongruous, your stylist can explain it to you. It also helps transition from shorter styles to longer as your hair grows. The best advice is to keep your scalp clean and brush regularly to massage the scalp and increase stimulation which helps hair gowth. And finally a good diet with Omega-3 and vitamin E like salmon, in addition to a one-a-day multivitamin. You aren't gonna get more than little over a half an inch a month.
Reply:if heard swallowing sperm helps, but this may be a myth

get well flowers
